Temporary image until I feel like drawing my own;
also I have a weakness for anime dress-up games.

I’ve been a 2D Art Hobbyist for most of my life, but recently I’ve had to pause and ask myself: “What’s the point of learning how to draw if I can’t communicate with my audience?”. True a picture is worth a thousand words; but how can those words have any meaning if the artist behind their work doesn’t have a strong “voice” in which to speak with? (Figuratively that is. I’m sure plenty of mute writers and artists do a much better job at articulating their thoughts than I do currently)
Basically I’m just here to improve my writing, and maybe provide a little perspective along the way?
I won’t be writing high fantasy novels here; think more like “anecdotal” stuff concerning anime and…fandom culture, I guess? Not quite “reviews” but not quite pointless tangents either. (Or maybe I’ll do all of the above, who knows?)
I’m not giving up my love of drawing, but I figured learning how to write couldn’t hurt either.
Wish me luck!
